Secure Accounting brings accounting, tax, advisory, risk, HR, insurance and technology under one roof. We are growing our tax and accounting team and looking for professionals who want to see the whole picture of a client's business, not just one slice of it.
What you will do
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Support clients with tax planning and IRS notices
- Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial statements
- Work with our advisory, payroll and insurance teams so every client gets connected advice
- Keep client records organized and deadlines on track
What we are looking for
- Experience in tax preparation or accounting
- Working knowledge of tax or accounting software such as QuickBooks, Drake, Lacerte or UltraTax
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication with clients
- Comfort working in a fast-moving team during busy seasons
- CPA, EA or PTIN is a plus
